A work/life balance is very important to me, we spend a lot of our time at work, and it is important to use the time we have free to do something for ourselves, whether it be socialising, relaxing or playing sports.

What work life balance practices have you used that are offered by your organisation?

Springday has, in accordance with the website, organised different activities from month to month, including walks for its members and staff. These have been beneficial in achieving a work/life balance.
The website itself has also helped me become accountable for my wellbeing, and the steps I take to achieve wellness. By making me accountable, I am far more aware of the things I do to help achieve a work/life balance.

What has been the major benefit to your life due to work life balance practices that you have accessed through your work?

The major benefit I have enjoyed from these practices is that i have become fitter and as a consequence, felt more keen and able to complete tasks more efficiently and to a higher standard.

Springday's founder has always understood the importance of a work/life balance. The website itself was created to help others achieve wellness and Springday also pushes this on the staff.

Springday has an original website dedicated to wellness that helps us to achieve a great work/life balance. Also, I often work for Springday from home, which can help me to achieve this balance.
